OOC: Thanks, everyone! I had a lot of fun hosting this. I'm sort of sad it's over...or almost over, too. I'll have a few more bits with Cologne and Ukyo, of course. But right now, I'm just trying to rest after that climax. Right now, I think I feel almost as exhausted as if I really did fight off some Battledroids, a Rancor, and a lightning-throwing Sith Hutt. :)
Thanks for the great game Chris!

Feel bad for luffy!:p

This is my first traitor game I was actually involved in and it rocked!

I was happy to hear the Game had ended. Willowe had managed to take out the last traitor Luffy. And everyone was saying goodbye to new friends. I walked over to Willow.
Willow: "Hey, I just wanted you to know-- I hope you do find your way home. It's too bad Quinn was, y'know, all evil and everything. Maybe someday, I'll get the whole interdimensional thing down and be able to help you find your way. In the meantime, I think you're doing a lot of good. Keep it up."
"Thanks. I'm glad you did what you did. If you hadn't who knows what would have happened. I do hope sometime I get to go home. But at least I get to help people out until then."
Al: "Sam I think you know what time it is."
And I did. I knew I was about to leap. Then everything went white.

I looked around. I was in a forest. I heard strange sounds coming for behind me. I decided to run for a clearing in front of me. As I entered the clearing I saw a stream. I was a little thursty so I bent down to get a drink. Then I caught my reflection, and couldn't believe my eyes. I have leaped into some weird people but nothing like this. And I said...

Traitor Game Announcer: And we're back with more post-game reactions! As we look closer, we see Dick Dastardly has continued his one-man gloat-a-thon.

Well Well, Dr. Cox. Who is the buffoon now? By using my outstanding deductive skills, I was able to discover 2 out of the 3 Stormtroopers. Did you do anything useful? Huh? I think not! HAHAHAHA!

You must admit. I am a GREAT detective. And that's not bragging! That's just the facts. I don't look like clumsy idiot now do I?

(As Dastardly walks away, he fails to notice the piece of okonomiyaki on the ground. He steps on it and begins sliding forward.)

Yaiiii! Muttley! Help!

(Dastardly then falls into the trap he had set up for the next round. After sliding across the room, he makes an abrupt stop after he hits a statue of Darth Jubba.)

...Oww.

(As he stumbles back, a bucket of glue is dumped all over Dastardly.)

Ugh! This is disgusting!

(A spring loaded boxing glove is then fired right at Dastardly.)

KAPOWWY!!!

(The force of the glove's impact sends the glue-covered Dastardly flying towards a trampoline. Dastardly bounces off the trampoline and hits the wall, sticking to it instantly.

TGA: What did you say about being a "clumsy idiot", Dick?

Do not start with me!

(Dastardly struggles getting out.)

Muttley! Help! Do something! Anything!

(Muttley begins breakdancing.)

Muttley: (Snickers)

Ukyo had gone into the palace shortly after the battle. Cologne had told her that with Darth Jubba out of the picture, the palace was effectively theirs. Littlebit Fortuna and the other palace staff would be following Cologne's orders.

Ukyo walked into the reception area, where she noted Dick Dastardly's latest mishap.

"Oh! I'm sorry for leaving that okonomiyaki on the floor. I was still a bit winded from that final battle." she apologized.

"You must be Dick Dastardly." she said. "I'm Ukyo Kuonji. I'm an acquaintance of Cologne's. I run an okonomiyaki restaurant in Nerima, Japan."

"By the way, you should have seen Muttley in that battle against the Sandpeople and Battledroids. He really took charge of the situation while you were unconscious." Ukyo said.

"Darth Jubba set up a big TV screen in my home town, so I saw the whole battle. Muttley practically won the thing for everyone. You should give him a medal."

"Well, if you need me, I'll be in the kitchen or the library. I need to talk with Cologne."

Traitor Game Announcer: Actually, yes. She commented on Muttley's amazing performance during the big droid battle.

Oh you mean the battle where Muttley did absolutely nothing! That event is something I would rather look not back upon. Now get me out of this Muttley!

Muttley: Razza-Frazza-Grazza-Drazza!
Me? Bufoon? Ha! You wish you had a pinky's worth of my intellect. To add to that, at least my name doesn't contain anything related to the male genetalia, Mr. Cox.

Traitor Game Announcer: Umm..you might want to reconsider that last statement.

I will do no such!

TGA: Look folks, I tried. I really did.
You wanna talk about names? Can we just call you, "my name's unoriginal and is too close to what I actually am?" Caym oawn (come on), really, sarah, could you be more of an idiot. Anyway, Dastardly, congrats on not being a traitor. You're just a plain old idiot. I hope that you continue to lose every race you're ever in.

Then, blah blah blah, game ends, Luffy was the last bad guy, and Willow was the Bounty Hunter.

Well, idiots, I guess it wasn't mentioned, but I became the new breaker. Didn't do much good, considering there wasn't a single tie in this game, but what the hell. Anyway, it was... shall we say, interesting. I mean, that last thing with the food, and then the pit, Willow, made it seem like ya were trying to frame me? I mean, I'd just said to Dastardly to do something with the ice cream itself, which meant to poison it, then kill Luffy, but yours was close enough. Well, I'm glad nobody can call me on that one now.

Just then, Dr. Cox notices that JD's watching through the portal to Sacred Heart.

Hey, Dr. Cox, we need you. Jordan's going ballistic, and Mrs. McMullen isn't gonna get that procedure because of Dr. Kelso's insurance ideas. Can ya give me a hand?

Noticing that he'd rather spoon out his own eyeballs, Dr. Cox looks at the other portals.

Then, Dr. Cox noticed Dastardly make another stupid comment, and fall into his own trap.

Yokay, Dastardly, you're on mouy (my) last nerve. Time to take this to a new level. You've pissed me off for the LAST time!!!

once again, Dr. Cox was battle-ready.

Actually, I was pretty helpful. I didn't get in anyone's way, I voted for Deadpool, and was the first person to look at Courage's vote and go for Quinn. You can't top that. Your doggy friend did a better job than you did. Listen to all of us, and have him and your announcer make the traps instead. You're an idiot. Now, it's time for me to get the hell out of here.

He noticed that the Punisher was glowing, meaning that Sam had leaped. Then, he saw the Punisher confused, and noticed the punisher's portal was still open.

Well, it'll probably beat sacred heart.

He jumps in, but is shot back out, and thrown into his own world.

Dear God, Beth, why did you have to drag me back here?

Well, ya see, Dr. Cox, you're ex-wife Jordan has flipped her lid. Carla's having the post-partum depression, and Elliot won't stop talking about Keith. Now let's go hel Mrs. Mcmullen.

Robert Kelso!!!!!! You jayckass!!!!

OOC: I sorta had fun, though I felt bad my character had to be such an @$$. Also felt that school and the play cut into my time, so i didn't get to be too much of the game, and not having powers hurt me. Next game, it's a character from heroes. Also, I felt it was too short. Usually, it gets down to the wire. Good job everyone. Still, some of you write too many extraneous things, and they make it hard for other people to catch up. Sorry, that's just me. Later.

Chris Lang 03-06-2007 02:11 AM

As Dr. Cox reluctantly returned to his home world, Cologne spoke up. "Actually, Willow and I had a talk about the method used to kill Luffy. We weren't quite sure if poison would work on him, as neither of us were familiar with him prior to the Traitor Game. Most of what we knew about him came from research on the library's computers."

"Willow decided on the pit trap, thinking that if Luffy wasn't the last Traitor, Dick Dastardly would be the too-obvious suspect for Bounty Hunter, and then maybe people would suspect Martin or Zasalamel. She even considered including a scalpel among the sharp objects at the bottom of the pit to point suspicion toward Dr. Cox."

"I helped pick out some of the food for the bait, by the way. The ice cream was inspired by Dick Dastardly's previous trap."

"Speaking of Dastardly, he seemed awfully proud of himself for correctly guessing two out of the three Imperial Stormtroopers. I guess this goes to show that even a broken clock is right twice a day." she said with a smile.

OOC: Well, I think you did a good job with Dr. Cox, even though he was a jerk. I guess I forgot to mention that you were the Breaker. Looking forward to seeing who you play in the next game.

Vader looked around and wonder to himself, now that he had a working prototype of a transporter, would this be a good place for a jumping off point to conquer this galaxy. Was Luke counterpart still living? He would have to sent his son to find out. he also wondered if yoda would stand in his way!

OOC: On to the next game!!!!!
OOC: On to the next game!!!!!
OOC: I think it should be a week or two before we actually start the next game. Besides, some of us still have a few loose ends we need to wrap up here. Incidentally, the 'transporter' is only for use of transporting someone back to their own worlds.

IC:

Cologne wandered around the grounds of Darth Jubba's palace. Several had already returned to their home worlds. Kyon, Marcus Fenix, Goku, Dr. Cox, and Wesley Crusher had already left.

Cologne herself was not ready to leave yet. There were a number of loose ends she had to tie up here. For one, she had to talk with Willow first. For another, there was still some information she needed to know about how Darth Jubba had acquired that dimensional device in the first place.

Shampoo was now in the kitchen, seeing what supplies were still left now that Darth Jubba was no longer around stealing food from other universes. Ukyo was taking a look around the palace, occasionally meeting a few of the players.

"If anyone needs to speak with me before they leave, I'll be in Darth Jubba's former office. Since I have taken control of the palace, I'll be watching everything else through the monitors there." With that, Cologne headed off to Darth Jubba's office. She trusted that Willow or anyone else who wished to speak with her would find the way there.

OOC: Thanks. By the way, I intend to do a quoting of all the 'kill choice' PMs I can find later this week, so the other players can see what went on behind the curtain, and who decided on what. The previous two Traitor Games's hosts did the same thing during the Epilogue phase, just to let the players know just which of the 'Traitors' decided on which methods, and how they ended up getting used, and so.

Aye, verily!

But, I think there's Joe Acro and Tangentman before me. Up next, I think we do the Limbo!
Aye, verily!

But, I think there's Joe Acro and Tangentman before me. Up next, I think we do the Limbo!
OOC: That's what I thought, which is why I had Immortus do a brief cameo appearance early on in the game to kind of foreshadow it. According to Joe Acro's scenario, Immortus is tired of his Limbo being used as a holding pen for banished Traitor Game players. So I hinted at it here by having Immortus show up just long enough to bar Cologne and Darth Jubba from using Limbo in this game. We'll be seeing more of Immortus when Joe Acro's 'How Limbo Can You Go?' scenario gets used -- which will probably be in a week or two if Joe Acro is up to hosting a Traitor Game.

Superheroic 03-06-2007 10:10 AM

OOC: Guess I shoulda looked up Traitor Game VI before assuming Valhalla was next.

For those who didn't participate in VI, here is the scenario we should be playing next if Joe Acro is up to hosting:

Originally Posted by Joe Acro Traitor Game: How Low Can You Limbo

Immortus, master of time and Limbo, had become fed up. In every Traitor Game, people were thrust into his domain. They distracted him from his job and left behind scraps upon being returned to life.

More importantly, though, he needed energy. Those terrible Limbo viewing screens had left dangerous rifts in the space-time continuum. In order to repair them, he would need to gather people from different realities with different power levels in order to have the right type of energy.

And so he does.

Where to go from there? Obviously a new game. I don't want to reveal that part of the story.

There would be no limits on characters (unless you guys want there to be), but some elements would be changed: If someone wants to have a special role, they can PM me beforehand with whichever role and whatever reason.

The Breaker role would be determined on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a tie, someone who voted for neither candidate would be chosen as Breaker and be asked to break the tie.

The Agents or Avengers role would be modified (more information upon request), with possibly more members in the team/group.

One Traitor would gain a special ability (more information upon request).

If Vader took the transporter off of Deadpool,Wouldn't he be able to use it like DP does? Not that it really matters since Vader could get closure another way.

A week or two huh? Guess I can have time to read other threads now. Good game everybody! glad we folks in the swamp had a chance to fight and interact.way better than going into limbo. need to keep that in mind for the next game, cause it seems i'm always getting killed early.

I caught up with Cologne around Jubba's office area-- "Excuse me, Cologne? I hate to bother you again, but I was wondering...

Um, this sounds odd since I'm all about doing stuff to help the helpless and stuff, but since I was your bounty hunter and all, er.... didn't you say I'd get a bounty?"

Cologne smiled and handed me a roll of paper towels.

....

She's a funny lady.

Cologne then tossed the paper towels aside and we walked over to a bookcase. She scanned it carefully and selected a volume right between "The Dark Side of the Force: For Dummies" and "Han of Green Gables."

Cologne walked over to me and handed me the tome. It was entitled "The Mon Mothma Prophecies." ...I don't think that one was even a book!

...meh. Jubba wouldn'tve noticed. Anyhow, I opened the book and inside-- Wow! Instead of a mediocre horror yarn involving a middle aged dignitary calling strangers up and guessing what candies they have in their pocket, the book housed inter-dimensional spells-- nothing on the level of Jubba's orb, of course, but hey, still pretty cool beans!

There were lotsa cool things inside-- "The Spell of Doou' X'makina," "The Suspendium Staff of D'sbayleif," and Ooo! "The Plaa'ht Di'Veyes Incantation!"

I thanked Cologne profusely and the library.

I then came back in and gave Cologne a big hug. "Thank you again-- especially for being such a great source of comfort for everyone in this event."

OOC: Cute post. I loved the titles of those spells. :)

"You're quite welcome." Cologne said.

Ukyo was looking around the library. "Pretty strange collection of books." she commented.

"Indeed. Even I am not sure where Darth Jubba found these titles." Cologne replied. "Anyway, when you are done making okonomiyaki for the remaining guests, meet me and Shampoo in the office. And let everyone know they can find me there if they need me for anything."

Cologne thought about Willow. The young witch was well on her way to becoming what her world needed. Cologne also thought about the CD Willow had found which apparently contained the names of possible future Traitor Game hosts. The information could be useful, as it might give a hint on what future Traitor Game 'players' could expect.

Cologne also knew that aside from a few of the players, there was still one other she had yet to meet with...

OOC: And that meeting will be in a later epilogue segment. By the way, darkkeeperjr, glad you liked the whole Dagobah approach. I'm also glad I was able to work in a battle scenario since everyone liked the Doombot battle in the previous game so much. Thanks! :)

"I'm glad I was, too. I was in total stress-out mode for a bit. Thanks for reminding me about the CD!"

I reach into the time/space pockety-thing and pull the CD out. "Here you are, Cologne. I really hope it's useful."

I said good-bye again to Cologne and waved and said small farewells here and there to others who were still milling about. I wished I could stay a little while longer and get to know more people, but the slayerettes would need me before too long... plus I had to try out my new 'play pretty.'

I stepped through the portal leading back to my home dimension and emerged in my meditation sanctuary. The portal closed instantaneously behind me and the room was eerily silent.

At least people weren't panicked about me... I open my new book and right between a spell to access a world completely devoid of shrimp and another spell to access a world with nothing BUT shrimp-- I find exactly the spell I was looking for. It's a 'beginner' spell in the book and is more related to space and time than dimensions, but it suits my needs perfectly.

After a few hours, I finally complete it. The Mystical M'Guphen Orb of W'eedahn.

As it glows a bright rosy pink, I pick it up and will a portal to open to the time and place of my choosing. Of course, I step through into a dark, silent room.

"Hey, Tara, I know you can't hear me-- being that I'm not really here-- it's a bunch of space/time gobbledygook. Sorry." Tears start to flood my eyes. "I... I'm sorry. I'm so sorry that I couldn't save you-- sorry for all the things I did. You deserved better, baby."

I choke back my tears, blow my sleeping soulmate a kiss, and step back through the portal.

"I'll take this one step at a time. Maybe... just maybe I can save her in one way or another." But I have to be careful. I don't want to become some new Darth Jubba or something. I'll get my friends on this-- think of all the good we can do if we can access other dimensions!

That all can wait, though. It's time to exit the meditation chamber, meet Kennedy and the Slayerettes and then settle down for a rest-- or hunt some gross demonic thing that's threatening to engulf life as we know it... whichever.
OOC: Cute post. I loved the titles of those spells. :)
Thanks. I loved playing this game-- everyone did such a great job! Like others have said, I can't wait for the next one! You did a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly, Chris!

OOC: Thanks again. There were a few tough decisions I had to make, but overall, I managed. I enjoyed being able to host this game, and put a new 'spin' into the formula. Maybe one day I'll host another one.

I won't be hosting the next Traitor Game, though. Either Joe Acro or tangentman or Indigo Al will be hosting it, depending on who's up to it. I already have a few ideas for characters I'll play in their scenarios (including some non-Ranmaverse characters. I don't want to be stuck playing only characters from the same universe all the time). But we'll see how it goes.

More epilogue bits to come, plus the PMs from the Traitors and the Bounty Hunter, and some 'curtain call' pics. And maybe an advertisement or two for Traitor Game merchandise. :)

Cologne smiled as she watched Willow go. "She has a great deal of potential, that one. I expect she and her allies will do plenty of world-saving in the future."

Ukyo spoke up. "I think Mantis was talking about her when she replied to me. She said Willow might be some future Sorceress Supreme. She also told me she also went under the name Willow at some point. I don't know if that has anything to do with why Mantis took an interest in her or not."

"Perhaps." Cologne said. "The Celestial Madonna clearly knows a great many things. Of course, Emma Frost also was of great help to us. Perhaps her telepathic senses helped her uncover the identity of the Imperial Stormtroopers. She was almost like a third Rebel Alliance member."

Ukyo then changed the subject. "Even though Jubba's gone, I've still seen a few weird things here. I think I saw those 'Dog Defenders' that Muttley summoned sitting at a table playing poker."

Cologne laughed. "Very amusing. Anyway, I suppose now is as good a time as any to look at that CD Willow wanted me to see."

Cologne inserted the CD into the nearby computer. It wasn't long before she saw the list of possible Traitor Game hosts. "Hmm...some of these have already hosted Traitor Games." she mused. She looked at the list again.

"Immortus was here briefly. He said he was tired of people using Limbo as a holding pen for banished Traitor Game players. I wonder what a game in which he is the host would be like."

"Then there's Madame Xanadu. The information here says she is opposing some unknown force. Possibly her role in that game would be similiar to mine in this one."

"Hmm...and it sounds like in the future, players might be dragged into the middle of a dispute between two Norse Gods."

Cologne then turned to Ukyo, and Shampoo who had just arrived. "I don't know if anyone from our world will be involved in these scenarios. But we might wish to let our acquaintances know about them just in case."

"I still have business to conduct here before we return home. In the meantime, you are free to go about and see what the others are doing."

Shine On, You Crazy Diamond: Emma's Farewell

One hour ago: Emma accepted Willow's peace offering--a single diamond. As a seasoned connoisseur of diamonds, Emma's inspection showed her a very intriguing feature of the gift. The diamond was flawless. Holding up the diamond between her fingers, Ms. Frost nodded dispassionately at Willow. "That's very thoughtful of you, Ms. Rosenberg. I accept your apology."

Only a slight tightness of the jaw betrayed Emma's feelings about Willow's generosity and goodwill. "Such a simple gift, yet so elegant."Then, the alabaster mask slipped back into place. The older woman gave the witch a polite nod. "Travel safely, Ms. Rosenberg. Your world would lose a valuable asset if you accidentally stumbled into some Hell dimension."

Next, Emma bid farewell to Goku. Despite the youth's frantic enthusiasm, he grew a little on Emma. Not unlike a fungus. "A safe journey to you as well, Master Goku." When Emma saw the threat of a hug, she cocked a single eyebrow in warning. However, Goku remembered himself, which Emma actually found quite pleasing. She showed her approval with a subtle smile. "Do consider my invitation should you ever tire of the world of competitive martial arts."

Emma watched the others leave, until she was one of the remaining few. When the girl with the spatula left Cologne alone, Emma entered the office. "What a bizarre game we played, Cologne." Frost walked around the desk where the Elder Amazon sat. "And yet...I doubt I shall ever enjoy such madcap fun again."

Her lips turned up in an unabashed grin. "If I wasn't in the middle of a crisis with an insidious conspiracy back home, I daresay I might stay here and whip this sorry Empire back into shape!" Emma shrugged. "Alas, my colleagues need me to survive that wretched mess, so I'll take the next portal back home."

After saying so, though, Emma brought up her hand. Cologne could see a slender, silver bottle corked with a glass stopper. "Before I leave, though, I thought we could share a drink. K'y'rillian Tears. I sampled a taste before your Bounty Hunter cleaved me in half. Exquisite drink, makes the finest champagne on Earth taste like cat pee."

Sitting across from Cologne, Emma poured the drink into two crystal chalices. She offered the first to Cologne. "A toast, then? To a rousing victory over Darth Jubba and the Traitor games!"

Cologne raised her glass. "A toast."

"Thank you for your help, Emma." Cologne began. "I was very impressed by how you handled yourself. I can't say I blame you for losing your patience now and then. It can be difficult convincing other Traitor Game players that they're on the wrong track. But you did convince Willow."

"And, you helped out greatly when it came time to take out Darth Jubba. Zasalamel's conspiracy, no doubt, is even now claiming credit for his demise. But it was a team effort. You, me, Willow, and the others all helped out with that one."

"By the way, I have a few gifts for you." Cologne said. She reached out, and handed out a few business cards. One was for Cologne's business, the Nekohanten 'Cat Cafe' in Nerima. The other was a business card for Ucchan's Okonomiyaki, the restaurant Ukyo ran in Nerima.

"You're welcome at both of those places any time, as long as you don't pull any mind tricks with any of the customers." Cologne said. She then added, with a mischevious smile. "Unless, of course, they do something to deserve it."

OOC: tangentman, you've done a wonderful job playing Emma Frost in this game. I think maybe you channelled Emma a bit TOO well. I think you may have read my mind and found out who the Traitors were long before anyone else did. :)

tangentman 03-06-2007 03:10 PM

OOC: Thank you, Chris! As always, it was a pleasure to see "Cologne" again! I enjoyed this game immensely, possibly even more than the others! I've noticed more roleplay going into each game, which is a good trend, imo. So, sorry, Weirdopky, but my long narratives aren't going away anytime soon! LOL

Excellent choices in your teams, Chris! Although you really threw a curveball at me with Willow being the Bounty Hunter! :D Here's a copy of Emma's PM warning to Willow:

IC: While sharing the warning "aloud", Emma only hinted at the identity of Willow's lost love. Even a polished curmudgeon like Emma Frost knew when discretion was the wisest option. However, Willow received the warning sans self-censorship in the privacy of her thoughts. Emma and Willow stood in a familiar room the redhead had called home for nearly two years.

They stood in Willow's old bedroom, the one which she'd shared with Kennedy. Kennedy, and one other. Emma thrust out her gloved arm with a dramatic flourish. Pink and white sparkles trailed her gesture. In the wake stood a woman Willow's age, wearing a soft blue long-sleeved shirt over jeans. Willow knew the honey-blonde hair which cascaded over the other woman's shoulders; she knew those blue "Doe's eyes", the lopsided smile which had endeared Willow to the woman who unconsciously wielded it to heartbreaking effect.

They'll take her soon, Willow. She lives in this world. In fact, according to Jubba, she's only one or two choices away from living again in your world. Then, Emma held up a single finger in warning. However, you stand to lose her and more if Jubba wins this game. You must not let that happen!

Willow heard unmistakeable urgency in Emma's "voice". I've suspected that you're one of the 'Rebels' for some time now. If I am correct in my theory, you must pool every resource, every brilliant idea in that mind to capturing the assassins. If you're actually the Bounty Hunter--which, I must say, we WILL discuss after the game--then you must slay those who genuinely deserve it.

Pause. Then again, you could be one of the 'Stormtroopers' for all I know. If so...let me say that you're playing this game with a Machievellian genius which I haven't seen since the night Sebastian and I wrested control of the Hellfire Club from the tired dilettantes who nearly ran it into the ground.

BOOC: Yeah, it was uncanny how I nailed all three Traitors, wasn't it? :evilsmile Honestly, the vote against Deadpool really WAS motivated largely by survival strategy. Luffy and Quinn gave themselves away by voting pattern--which Evinlea caught on! BTW, Superheroic, I thought your Evinlea made a wonderful foil to Emma! Heh-heh-heh!

Many wonderful character turns in this game: Chris, Indigo Al (thanks for the "V" memories), Schornforce (one of the better Willows I've seen on the net), moonknight, Weird (loved Dr. Cox's phonetic text!), Courage (cool choice, Joe), Eternal Torment (the "Conspiracy" grows), Froggy (Goku was a fun contrast to Emma), hell, everyone! Much more player participation than last time, which helped the game out!

I'm looking forward to the next game! The sign-up sheet can't go up fast enough!

OOC: Don't feel bad, bigboi. Two games ago, when I played Wonder Girl, I fired blindly nearly every vote. In retrospect, I think her death was an act of mercy for the innocent survivors! LOL

Here's the tally for my characters from past games:

Surviving Characters

Spider-Woman I (1st Traitor game, correctly fingered THAT game's Deadpool) Mantis (outlasted the majority, had "feuds" with Jade and Ukyo in Traitor VI)

Killed Characters

Wonder Girl I (Traitor Game V, murdered by Archie Andrews, reincarnated in all incarnations for game finale) Emma Frost (Bounty Hunter's mark for Game VII)

Banished Characters

Faith The Vampire Slayer (Wrongly accused and banished in Traitor Game III, still languishes in Limbo)

Madea Simmons as "Captain Universe" (Outed as one of the "Suicide Squad" in Game IV, betrayed by Rorschach and gave up the other two out of spite)

The Purple Skull 03-06-2007 03:31 PM

Funny bit there Chris with the Dog Defenders playing poker. :D

I just wanted to add that everyone had great character moments in this game. Everybody had their character down, imo. My favorite was tangentman's Emma Frost. There were times after reading your posts where I said "Damn, what a bitch!". :) I enjoyed your little feud with Evinlea. Also, I hope there's no hard feelings when Dastardly thought that Emma Frost was a whored-out version of Penelope Pitstop. :p

I had a blast playing Dick Dastardly. I had more fun playing as him than as Dr. Doom. I think the world is ready for a Dick Dastardly/Dr. Doom team-up! I loved posting all of Dastardly's crazy traps and how they backfired. My personal favorites were the Tower of Doom and the 'Kursnap'. Come on say it with me folks....KURSNAP! Dastardly's epilogue will be coming soon. Not now though because he's kinda still stuck at the wall :p.

OOC: Hmm...if Faith is still in Limbo, are we going to see her again in the 'How Low Can You Limbo?' scenario? You don't have to tell us if you want to keep it a surprise! :)

Well, in Traitor Game V, you weren't channelling the right person, I guess. :) By the way, of the characters you've played in games that I've participated in, Emma Frost is my new favorite, though of course I still like your portrayals of Wonder Girl and Mantis. And Faith is probably my favorite of the characters you played in the Traitor Games I wasn't involved in.

Thanks for that 'DVD deleted scene' by the way. Of course, being a faithful 'Buffy' viewer, I caught on to Willow's motivation anyway. (And yes, that scene Cologne sees on the TV with the 'Darth Rosenberg' line is taken from the finale of the 'Dark Willow' arc. I just couldn't resist putting that in this game, given the Star Wars setting. :) And I couldn't resist having Darth Jubba make fun of it, too).

Also thanks for that whole 'Emma vs Jubba in the Astral Plane' scene. You PMed me that one just in time for me to use it in the finale. Thanks again!

I have yet to have a character make it to the end.

Banished:

Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Hulk, Captain America

Killed:

Evinlea

Weirdopky 03-06-2007 03:43 PM

Here's the tally for MY characters from the past 4 games:

Surviving Characters

Dr. Cox (Figured out two of the traitors, but never voted for Luffy in Traitor Game VII)

Killed Characters

Moon Knight (My first traitor game, IV, in which I'd gotten everyone to vote for Rorschach, and he sliced and diced me up.)

Banished Characters

Moon Knight (Traitor game VI, Captain America and Jeff-E had everyone vote for me early on, though I was innocent.)

Killed Hosts/NPCs

Crazy-Ass Santa (Ran Traitor Game V, but got murdered by my slave, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Traitor)

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Traitor (Santa's cocky assistant, sliced into craploads of pieces by Moon Knight at the end of Traitor Game V)

Thanks for the template, tangentman.

I see that the game has come to an end in my absence. I will check the results at a more convenient time. I'd provide an epilogue, but I lack the time and inspiration to do so. Sorry.

As for my game, I will start the sign-up thread Thursday and leave it open until Saturday evening (unless y'all think that's too short). I should be back at the dorm by then and be able to successfully start running the next game. Sound good? I hope so.

RUMINATIONS: Well, this is basically the part where everyone relaxes and starts posting their little wrapups. Some nice stuff here. Of course, there's still some more to come.

And that includes story portions. A lot of the OOC stuff here is because this Traitor Game occurred before there was a Discussion Thread for us to discuss the games OOC. But keep reading -- there's still loose ends to tie up in the story.

Beginning of the game: Page One

Previous pages: Page 23, Page 24, Page 25.

The re-presentation continues in Page Twenty Seven. .
