OOC: Ohh the hypocriitical acts of it all. An dthe joekr wa sone who voted fo rthe King too, and the King voted for the Joker.

But still, I am sorry what happened, noob mistake, as it's my first Traitor's game.

moonknight2099 12-13-2006 11:07 PM

OoC: Oh well it looks like I'm dead. I was having fun too. Just curious will I be allowed to come back and talk like we did last game? What ever the case I had a blast playing the Super Skrull.

OOC: I believe weirdopky said you can give your opinion on the situation once per voting round. I think he also said to keep your thoughts subtle to allow players to make their own deductions. And I must say, I enjoyed the interaction you and Ronan had. It will be missed.

Weirdopky, I have a question. Is it still possible for banished players to communicate with other banished players so as long as they do not discuss the game itself?
Wonder Girl gasped when she learned that the King was in truth "Santa's Helper"! "Merciful Minerva...I...I thought he was trying to trick us with the free food. He was just so...creepy." Regret came over the lovely Amazon's face. If only Robin was here to help us. He's the detective; I'm a warrior, not a mystery-solver."

Naturally, Lex Luthor took advantage of her vote. She glared at the megalomaniacal criminal. "I made an honest mistake, Lex! I hate holding life and death in my hands! We all voted because we had to make a decision. If I survive the game, I'll use all the power the Gods gave me to see that he's freed from wherever he was banished."

Sighing, Wonder Girl looked at Cologne and Flash. "For now, though, we all need to just relax. Cologne, would you mind cooking for us? A nice, hot meal will give us all energy and help us think better."
Cologne turned to Wonder Girl. "I think that will be an excellent idea. The corpse is not even cold yet, and already people are jumping to conclusions. The boy detective can continue to examine the corpse for a while."

Cologne headed for the kitchen, where she opened the refrigerator. There were still plenty of ingredients left, despite the fact that more people had been eating from here just before the previous banishment. Since most of the group did not trust the King, they had chosen to abandon his products in favor of the kitchen's.

It seemed that despite his insanity, their host was being truthful. The refrigerator was a magic one that would replenish its supplies magically. There would be no worries about running out of food. They need not enter the freezer room and disturb its gruesome contents in search of food.

Cologne turned to face Donna and Wally again. "We all make errors in judgement, my dear. Do not be too hard on yourself. We had no real information to go on. However, the death of the Super-Skrull already has two potentially good suspects."

"If we survive this game, then maybe we will be able to free the King from his imprisonment. Those Christmas movies may be good to see every once in a while each December, but being subjected to something non-stop is not healthy. However, I suspect our host will not release them without a fight. But that will be later, if we are still around then. For now, there's nothing we can do for the King."

"Enough of that for now." Cologne's expression lightened. "What would you like this time? A Chinese dish, or a Christmas dinner?"

OOC: No, he's quoting Superman's father, Jor-El. Though it's strange that he's doing so, since this Luthor is from the Pre-Crisis DC Universe, and the quote is from the Superman Movie Universe version of Jor-El. Presumably, the Superman movie series does not exist on any Pre-Crisis Earth which has a Superman on it, or on Earth Post-Crisis (for lack of a better term for the world almost all the post-Crisis DC Universe characters live).
Ronan! A moment of your time please.

Doom proceeds to activate his soundproof force field as he and Ronan have a conference.

First off, it seems that Conan boy had been spying on our conversation (shows Ronan the transmitter before breaking it). I propose we show him the consequences of eavesdropping us sometime later today.

Anyway, as I said earlier, I feel that the renegade elves consist of a mastermind and one who does the actual work. For some reason, I have a sneaking suspicion between Wonder Girl and Lex Luthor.

Now, Luthor and I have a sort of understanding, but something about the lasso incident that occurred earlier does not register properly with me. Perhaps we should vote on one of them? But let me hear your thoughts first.
Ronan listens carefully to Doom:

I concur with your assesment of the Luth-Or, Terran. The Skrull was not easy to kill I know for in the past I have tried. I have been suspect of him since we arrived, however he has been rather stecretive if it is indeed him. He has been... low key, I believe that is the term. It is a good strategy, however I haven't discerned the intentions of the Wonder female curr though. Now I do hear others placing blame on me for Kl'rt's death, and the only response I have for that is... Are you monkey's really that dim? If I were the renegade I would not kill my biggest enemy first, that is to obvious, secondly the proof you need is simple, I am denying having anything to do with his death. If I had killed the SuperSkrull I would be celebrating his death, only now all I can feel is regret.

Ronan looks down briefly obvious sorrow shown on his blue face

The regret is that I did not kill him. I WILL FIND THE RENEGADE, FOR THE SKRULL WAS MINE TO ACCUSE. YOU ARE OFFICIALLY ON WARNING TRAITOR, THE WRAITH OF THE KREE WILL FALL UPON YOU!!!

Cologne called to Cartman from the kitchen. "Dinner is being prepared right now. We will place the body in the freezer room once we have learned all we can from examining the body."

For now, Cologne had left the others to examine the body. Perhaps they would pick up on some details she had overlooked.

She turned to Donna and Wally as she prepared meals for them. She hoped Cartman would come to the kitchen, too, if he was serious about wanting dinner.

Seems I was right about Eric Cartman, Cologne thought to herself. He still has his appetite, despite what happened. She wondered what sort of meal Cartman would request.

The Bard felt a tinge of guilt for voting out the King. However, he had made mistakes worse than this, like that encounter with with the farmer's daughter...

The Bard shuddered to keep the thought down, and looked at the crime. Since the Squad worked together, one had to have massive strength to push that sleigh, and one neded some know-how for the bomb. Having made his decision, the bard slurred out:

"Now with this crime, I have figured out with who it was. It was that Chuckling Crazy man Joker!"

Luthor approaches Joker discreetly. "I have a feeling that the tides are turning against us both, Joker. I propose an alliance of convenience. When we emerge from this place, I promise you whatever technology you so desire in your attempts to put the kibosh on the Caped Crusader. Fifty foot dolls. Thermonuclear whoopee cushions. Portable wormholes."

"What I need is your support in ousting the Latverian monarch. Think about it. He has no sense of humor about himself, no sense of style... He wears a cape. And he's quickly taking control of affairs here. Dr. Doom must be stopped from taking control."

"His hunger for power coupled with his armor and technological know-how make him the best candidate for the Good Elf. If you're one of the traitors, Joker, I suggest you eliminate him."

"If not... well... He could certainly be one of the traitors. He's formed a powerful coalition. And I don't seem to recall you getting an invitation to the party..."

"In the end, if we all walk away, I can potentially offer you all the tools you'd ever want to make Hell for Batman. Doom comes from another UNIVERSE. He can offer you nothing. Choose your allies carefully."

"Even if you are one of the traitors, I'm willing to ally myself with you to eliminate Doom. He seems as much of a self-righteous blowhard as Superman ever was."
